Guided Cylinders, Guided Rod Cylinders and Guided Products
GC2000 series guided cylinders outperform conventional non-rotating cylinders due to the elimination of rod rotation as well as increased side-load bearing capabilities. This is because the GC2000 is designed for short stroke, limited space applications in which a cylinder is needed that can guide and support its own load. Additionally, guided products such as the GC2000 series cylinders are designed for enhanced torsion and direct side load performance.
GC series of guided cylinders includes both guided air cylinders and guided rod cylinders. In particular, the GC3000 and GC4000 series compact air cylinders are highly space efficient devices that are designed to bridge the gap between expensive ball bearing slides and zero load bearing non-rotating cylinders. Very similar to guided cylinders are the GS series guided slides, which feature the same design with the exception of the cylinder body.

GC 2000 Series
Features:
- Compact envelope
- Two external guide rods
- Oil impregnated guide bushings
- Two mounting surfaces and a large tooling plate
GC 3000 Series
GC3000 features two long guide bushings in the head end. The guide rods do not extend beyond the back of the cylinder body, thus providing a short overall length and low unit weight.
GC 4000 Series
GC4000 features four long guide bushings, two per end. The guide rods extend beyond the back of the cylinder body so when the cylinder extends, four point support reduces deflection and extends the life under full loads.
GS Series – Guide Slides

BS Slides – Ball Slides
Compact BSC series cylinders are another variation of our versatile Compact air cylinders. All models feature our signature compact space efficiency. We have combined our cylinder with a high load bearing, factory matched recirculation ball slide rail set in two simple, low cost, designs ideal for precision industrial automation.
- 8mm and 12mm Bore
- Cylinders feature our patented snap-cap design: a resilient retainer seal that aids in absorbing
- minor piston impact
- 20mm Bore
- Cylinders feature our patented stainless steel wire form end cap retainer
C Series Slides
CD (Short Body):
Perfect for tight space and shorter travel where size and weight are critical.CE (Long Body):
The longer body spreads the distance between the guide bushings, contributes to the rod rigidity, best for longer strokes and higher load applications.
