The smallest safety laser scanner on the market.
The new ultra-compact RSL 200 safety laser scanner from Leuze is designed for space-saving safety applications such as area guarding, machine guarding, and restart protection and is suitable for use on autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and flexible transport systems (FTSs). With minimal dimensions, the scanner is easy to integrate, even in tight spaces. Smart features like rotatable connections, an optimized mounting bracket, and a diagnostics app support simple integration and efficient maintenance. Up to 32 protective field sets, including configurations with two warning fields and one protective field, allow flexible adaptation to different environments, loads, and speeds.

Optimized for Minimal Space
The RSL 200 safety laser scanner delivers reliable protection in an ultra-compact 80 x 86 mm housing with a height of just 80 mm, making it ideal for safeguarding compact AGVs and AMRs. Its wide 275° scanning angle allows it to monitor two sides of a vehicle simultaneously, reducing the need for multiple devices and lowering installation costs. With a 3-meter operating range and a flexible mounting bracket for horizontal and vertical alignment, the RSL 200 is optimized for minimal space requirements. For added convenience, service is straightforward: devices can be replaced quickly with just two screws and without realignment.

Rotatable Connectors
With its compact design and intelligent connection technology, the RSL 200 is easily integrated and ensures maximum flexibility. The rotatable M12 connector enables space-saving cable routing, significantly reducing installation. An innovative mounting bracket allows for precise horizontal and vertical alignment, ensuring secure and stable installation—even in difficult applications.

Maximum Flexibility with Three Communication Channels
The RSL 200 configuration and diagnostics can be carried out conveniently and intuitively via Bluetooth, USB, or Ethernet TCP/IP options, depending on the model.

Free RSL 200 Mobile App
With the RSL 200 app, users can access status and diagnostic data in real time via Bluetooth directly from their smartphone or tablet (Android and iOS), even if access to the device is restricted. A digital service file can be forwarded directly to Leuze Service if required. The app also enables uninterrupted diagnostics as the protective fields do not need to be disabled.

Fast Replacement, Minimal Downtime
The RSL 200 has been equipped with a removable configuration memory for maximum availability. This memory makes it possible to seamlessly transfer the saved settings to a new device without any manual reconfiguration in the event of damage. If servicing is required, the scanner can be replaced in just a few simple steps with no reprogramming necessary, reducing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted production.
