Electrification is becoming more prevalent than ever in the mobile/off-highway industry. As environmental pollution becomes more of a concern and government regulations become stricter, electrification technology evolves and advances to meet the market’s growing needs. While electric mobile machinery adheres to strict regulations, they also unlock new levels of application efficiency and operator safety, creating an even bigger demand for electrification solutions.
As mobile OEMs become increasingly interested in manufacturing electric machinery, the need for electrification expertise and experience grows. We provide OEMs with the knowledge and resources to create low-voltage and high-voltage mobile applications through electrification experts and a comprehensive electrification product portfolio. By electrifying mobile machinery with us, OEMs can improve efficiency, increase end-user safety, and stay competitive.
Experienced Guidance
We are at the forefront of electrifying mobile equipment, partnering with OEMs to provide services and resources for engineering, training, and commissioning to transition to hybrid or electric machines seamlessly. We simplify the commissioning of electric components through tailored solutions, customized software functions, and training for components, system use, and maintenance.
As an engineering partner, systems integrator, and value-added distributor, we are with you from start to finish for every electrification solution you integrate. Our engineering teams learn about your mobile systems and their requirements so we can find the best-fit electrification solution. Then, we help you properly integrate the solution and ensure your system functions as it should.
Low Voltage
Mobile electrification falls into two categories: low voltage and high voltage. Low voltage ranges from 48 to 140 V and includes small and medium-sized applications, such as municipal vehicles and construction equipment.
We offer highly efficient, innovative electric drives and drive train solutions for low- and medium-voltage applications. Our electric motors and generators boast high power, torque densities, and a robust design with drive power ranging from 5 to 100 kW and a maximum torque of up to 440 Nm. Additionally, motor controller sets, customized drive trains, and prototypes are available to meet any mobile electrification need. Our low- and medium-voltage solutions are compact, fast, attractively priced, and suited for fully electric, hybrid, and regenerative applications.
High Voltage
The high voltage class ranges from 400 to 700 V and includes heavy-duty construction, agricultural, and working machines. This application class is typically equipped with diesel engines to power their drive trains and hydraulics, but these machines are now rapidly being electrified. Whether driving, working, hydraulic, hybrid, or fully electric, we offer highly efficient, low-noise, and powerful electric motors, generators, inverters, and hydraulics combined with modular software for high-voltage mobile applications.
We are well-equipped to support mobile electrification for OEMs with a 700 V portfolio that includes products for high-voltage applications. These products cover a broad performance power range, with nominal power of up to 229 kW and maximum power of up to 1,430 kW. and deliver nominal torque of up to 1,430 Nm and maximum torque of up to 2,420 Nm. Also available in the high-voltage portfolio are comprehensive solution packages and specialized services to ensure OEMs are prepared to adapt to mobile electrification properly.
