Ideal for applications involving relatively short travel of metal targets, Balluff analog inductive sensors provide precision non-contact position measurement in an affordable family of compact housings. Analog inductive sensors are simple three-wire devices that operate on 24V DC. They provide an electrical output signal that varies linearly in proportion to the position of a metal target within their working range. The analog output signal is available in either voltage or current.
Benefits
- Absolute, distance-related analog signal
- Compact, robust, and reliable
Applications
- Monitoring of movements on joining, stamping, and clamping equipment in the machine construction sector
- Detection of out-of-balances and axle spread
