The miniature version of the ball rail systems are suited for a variety of applications that require ball-bearing longitudinal guides with extremely small size and high load-bearing capacity. The guide units have exactly the same load ratings and high load-bearing capacity in all four load directions, including high load torques about all axes due to the largest possible ball size design. From size 9 onward, the mini rails have a stainless steel cover strip to close the fixing holes, and from size 15 onwards, they have a lubricating nipple on that face and a lateral relubrication option. All steel parts of the runner block and the guide rail are made of corrosion-resistant, martensitic steel.
